Parents Club

How do I join the Parents Club?  Every Nerinx parent is a Member of the Parents Club and is invited to attend a kick-off meeting in the first month of each new school year.  Sign-ups for Class Representatives and Committee Heads usually occur at the kick-off meeting.  Look for details in the bulletin.  

What do Members of the Parent Club do?  Members of the Parents Club can be (or offer to help) a Class Representative or Committee Head.  We also ask Parents Club Members to volunteer to attend events throughout the year, such as Freshman Parent Night and Back to School Night.

Who do I contact if I have questions about the Parent Club or have a new idea for the Parent Club?  Reach out to Susie Clark or you can contact the Co-Presidents, Staff Advisors, or Class Representatives for your daughter’s class if you have any questions or want to share a new idea.

Admissions Committee
Partner with Director of Admissions Monica Thomas to welcome future Markers! Volunteers support enrollment efforts by helping at Open House, assisting with events, and following up with families after Shadow visits.

Service & Mission Committee
Work with Director of Service Learning Becky Giunta to connect families with meaningful service opportunities that support student projects and community initiatives.

Tapestry 
The Tapestry committee will collaborate with Director of Equity and Inclusion Arsenia Tate to bring parents and guardians into Nerinx Hall’s mission of weaving every voice and story together, creating space to celebrate the many cultures, traditions, and experiences that make our community unique.

Staff & Student Appreciation Committee
Spread joy to our school community by helping plan fun surprises and moments of recognition for Nerinx students and staff throughout the year.

Parent Pep Squad
Cheer on our Markers by delivering small gifts and encouraging notes to students involved in athletics, competitive clubs, and artistic performances.

Men for Markers
This hands-on crew of dads and friends supports Nerinx with event set-up and clean-up, grilling at BBQs, and helping with parking lot duty.

Parents in Prayer
Join Director of Campus Ministry Katie Mentel in providing parents opportunities to grow in faith through prayer and spiritual activities on campus.

Nerinx Hall Classic Golf Tournament Committee
Support our biggest golf event of the year! Volunteers help secure sponsorships, recruit foursomes, and assist with the Nerinx Hall Classic on Friday, May 8, 2026.

Mother-Daughter Trivia Night Committee
Bring the fun to our Mother-Daughter Trivia Night on Friday, November 7, 2025 by helping with event planning, table sales, and set-up.

Essay Contest Committee
Continue a beloved Nerinx tradition by reading and helping judge student essay submissions each spring.
