Parking Application Information

Please use this link for the application and contract. Applications are due at 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 11.

Important: The first part of the application should be filled out by the student using their Nerinx Hall account and they will electronically sign the paperwork. It must be done on the student’s account. Parents will be unable to complete the first part of the application.

Once the student has completed the form, an e-mail will be generated to the parent/guardian to review and sign off electronically. Incorrect parent emails will cause the application to be incomplete and will cause the student to miss the deadline. A confirmation email will be generated to student and parent after completion.

Once the application is completed, it will be entered into our parking data base. We will be unable to process the application unless both parts are completed by the student and the parent.

All applications received by May 11 will be considered at the same time. Any application coming in after May 11 will be considered depending on availability of parking spots.

We will provide as many spaces as we have available. Priority is given to senior carpools, then
single driver seniors, junior carpools, then junior single drivers. We will accommodate sophomores if spots are available. Students who do not get assigned a parking space will be placed on a waiting list on a first come first served basis.

A student can only sign up for a carpool driver or single driver, not both. Students must have a driver’s license to apply. Students getting driver’s licenses over the summer may contact Mrs. Roche (314-968-1505 ext. 111) to begin the parking application process. This is changed from last year, due to students signing up and taking spots and never following through with getting driver’s licenses and keeping other students who did have driver’s licenses from getting a parking spot.

Please note that students receiving a parking spot will be notified, by email, their spot number in late summer. Parking spot fees are $150 and will be billed to the student’s FACTS account.

Students will receive their tag(s) in homeroom on the School Year-Kickoff, August 14. All
tags must be visible on the first day of school, August 15.
