You're about to graduate!
Congratulations Class of 2025. You did it! You are about the graduate from Nerinx Hall, which signifies an important step on your life's journey. Over the course of the next few weeks, we want to celebrate you! Below, please find a list of important dates and helpful tools as you navigate the weeks ahead.

Senior Mother-Daughter Mass & Brunch | April 13
Seniors and Mothers, join us on April 13 for Mass and & Brunch at Frontenac Hilton. Doors open at 10:00 a.m. and Mass begins at 10:30 a.m. with brunch to follow. Open seating. If you have any questions, please email Susie Clark.
SENIOR ALUMNAE INDUCTIONS | April 13
Senior Alumnae Inductions will take place during the Senior Mother-Daughter Mass and Brunch.
Senior Investiture at Activity Period | April 15
Seniors, dress up for this special occasion as you take part in Senior Investiture, a meaningful ceremony where you will receive your graduation stoles - a symbol of your transition into the final chapter of your Nerinx journey.
Following the ceremony, enjoy an early lunch in the cafeteria featuring fan-favorite dishes from Chef Dan!
Graduation Cap and Gown Handout | April 16, 8-9am
This is a late start day, so please plan to arrive early. Graduation caps and gowns will be distributed from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. in the Dance Studio. Students, you must try the gown on to ensure sizing is correct. Gowns must be hung up and may be steamed, not ironed. Please try on your gown with your dress and shoes before graduation. Remember, your dress cannot show through your gown. Shoes should be walkable - the stage is huge! If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Dubose.
Graduation Ticket Pick-Up | April 22 – 29
Each Senior will receive 8 tickets. Every guest requires a ticket, regardless of age. Mrs. Roche will distribute tickets in the front office from April 22 to April 29. Students will sign to verify that the tickets were received and the number of tickets accurate. If families are not using all the tickets, please turn them into Mrs. Roche as soon as possible so that she may give them to others who would like them. Under no circumstances should tickets be sold.
Do not lose tickets! Please keep them in a safe place and make sure guests have them on the evening of graduation. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
Families that need additional tickets may request them by filling out this form. Requests will be taken from April 22 to May 3. These tickets will be dispersed in the fairest manner possible.
Prom | May 2
Prom will be at the Marriott St. Louis Grand, 800 Washington Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63101. Prom begins at 6 p.m. and Seniors and their guests must arrive by 6:30 p.m. It ends at 9 p.m. and no one may leave prior to 8:45 p.m. If you have questions, contact Mr. Tate.
Donuts & Decisions | May 6
Seniors will celebrate their university/college decision during Activity Period with donuts and their college shirt or colors paired with their Nerinx uniform bottom. If you have questions, contact Mrs. Sumpter or Mrs. Carr.
Class Day | May 9
Seniors will celebrate their Class Day on May 9 from 7:55 – 10:00 a.m. Dismissal for Seniors is promptly at 10 a.m. Class day is considered a school day- all attendance and behavioral expectations apply.
Senior Exams | May 12-14
Day 1
8 - 9:45 a.m.: World Studies
10 - 11:45 a.m.: Science
Day 2
8 – 9:45 a.m.: World Language
10 - 11:45 a.m: English
Day 3
8 – 9:45 a.m.: Theology
10 - 11:45 a.m.: Math
Graduation Practice | May 15
Graduation practice is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, May 15 from 10:30 a.m. until noon in the gym. Practice is required for all Seniors.
Baccalaureate Mass | May 15
Mass will begin at 6 p.m. in the Nerinx Gym. Only parents/guardian and graduate may attend. Graduates should wear white gown, green sash and cords (as applicable). Caps are not worn.
Seniors, please bring a flower that is meaningful or representative of yourself that will be part of the procession. Please do not forget your flower!
There is open seating for your guests, seating is limited to parents/guardians.
Light colored apparel under gown is recommended. Wear shoes you can walk in! No food, drink, cell phones, or gum.

Graduates – Please arrive by 5 p.m. Do not be late! We will start promptly. We assemble in the Ballroom of Stifel Theater and stay there until the procession. No guests or family members are allowed in the Ballroom of Stifel Theater. Your belongings will be secured during the ceremony. Required: Wear light-colored clothes under your cap and gown. No food, gum, cell phones, or drink (water will be provided.) You will enter through the side/dock entrance on 15th street.
Graduation begins at 6 p.m. Each graduate will receive 8 tickets. Parking is available on the garage on 16th street. Parking will cost approx $20.
Your guests must have a ticket to enter- be sure to give them to your guests before you come. Handicap seating/parking is available. See Mrs. Dubose by April 25 if you need more info on this.
