May 1 – 5 | Graduation Ticket Pick-up
Each student will receive 8 tickets. Mrs. Roche will distribute tickets in the front office from May 1 – 5. Student will sign to verify that the tickets were received and the number of tickets are accurate. If families are not using all the tickets, please turn them into Mrs. Roche as soon as possible so she can distribute to other families. Under no circumstances should tickets be sold.
Families that need additional tickets may request them by emailing Sheila Roche or by calling 314-968-1505 ext. 111. Requests will be taken from March 20 through April 20. These tickets will be dispersed in the fairest manner possible. Do not lose tickets. Please keep them in a safe place and make sure guests have them on the evening of graduation.
May 2 | Senior Alumnae Induction Mass
This is a special Mass honoring the Class of 2023 and is Alumnae Induction. Seniors are asked to dress up (church appropriate) for this occasion. No jeans, shorts, or rompers. There will be classes held that day with a Special Schedule.

Heagney Theatre | Noon
This is required for all those participating in graduation. Administrators will work with students who have an AP Exam or extended time on exams on an alternate schedule. Please be on time as there is much to cover before the big day!
May 10 | Baccalaurate Mass
Holy Redeemer (Only parents/guardian and graduate) | 6 p.m. Graduates should arrive at 5:30 p.m.
Graduation gowns are required during Mass. Green Stole must be worn. Cords may also be worn. Caps and tassels should not be worn at Baccalaureate. Light colored apparel under gowns is recommended. Food, drink, cell phones, and gum are not allowed. Seating is not assigned for parents and guardians.
May 12 | Graduation
The Skip Viragh Center at Chaminade | 6 p.m. Graduates should arrive 5 p.m.
Graduates will assemble in the Blackbox Theater and stay there until the procession. Family and guests are not allowed in the Blackbox Theater. Belongings may be left in the Blackbox Theater – someone will remain in the room during the ceremony.
- Each graduate is allowed eight (8) guests.
- Graduates should arrive dressed in gowns, caps, any applicable cords/stoles, and light colors clothes under gown.
- Names and college plans will be announced for all graduates, including those not in attendance.
- Please refrain from use of cell phones, food, drinks and gum.
- We ask that guests do not yell or whistle when names are called.
- Please ask your guests to wait to dismiss until all faculty have processed out.
- Handicap seating is available.
