A Letter from the President

We are thrilled to announce the celebration of Nerinx Hall’s centennial year. Since our founding in 1924, Nerinx Hall has been committed to nurturing students’ education and instilling our Loretto values of faith, community, justice, and respect. As we enter our hundredth year, Nerinx Hall stands as a testament to the legacy of its founders and the countless alumnae who have passed through our halls, carrying forth the torch of knowledge and knowing themselves and their world. Generations of students, faculty, and staff have contributed to the vibrant tapestry of life at Nerinx Hall – fostering a sense of belonging and sisterhood that transcends time.

Our centennial year serves as a reminder of the school’s profound impact on the lives of countless individuals and the Greater St. Louis community. As we welcome the start of our next century, we remain steadfast in our commitment to cultivating empowered women who pursue academic excellence within a diverse community, forge a path toward social justice, and grow in the knowledge of themselves and their world. Our legacy will make a mark for generations to come.

In the upcoming months, we welcome you to join us in commemorating this significant achievement. We have organized various centennial activities, including our Centennial Festival on Saturday, October 5th. We look forward to celebrating one hundred years of Nerinx Hall with you throughout the year.
