Visit Nerinx

At Nerinx, we believe students are best served when they Shadow in 8th grade. To that end, we do not offer Shadow Days for 7th graders. Why? We believe 8th grade is the time when students are the most discerning about high school. This is the perfect time for your child to Shadow as she sees what high school life is all about and experience "that feeling you get" when you know a school is right for you. 

Instead, our signature event for 7th graders is Discover Day on April 10, 2026. Your 7th grader can join us for a morning on campus immersing herself into our academic and student experience. She'll take part in a small group, led by one of our Student Ambassadors and participate in faculty-designed, hands-on activities.

7th graders have access to several opportunities to explore Nerinx! Discover Day — our signature event for 7th graders — happening again on April 10, 2026! Family Tours available in the early summer, and Summer Camps.

Yes! Open House is available for students grades 5-8 who are interested in Nerinx. Stay tuned for more information about Fall 2025 Open House.  

6th Graders are also invited to attend Mini Marker, our signature event for those in 6th grade, on April 2, 2026.

Yes! In fact, we'd love nothing more. Fun in Fifth is our premier event for 5th graders on April 25, 2026.

Outside of Fun in Fifth, kids can also visit campus by participating in our Summer Camp program. For information on dates and camp offerings, call Nerinx Hall at 314-968-1505.
