Transfer Admissions Process

Parents can log into the Nerinx Hall Admissions Parent Portal and create an account. The portal provides a checklist of information needed to complete the admissions process. You'll be able to complete application forms, check the status of your daughter's application, and more. Please save your sign-in information and password; you will 
access the Admissions Parent Portal throughout the admissions process.

The application has four components that must be completed on the Parent Portal:

• Parental Supplemental Form
• Student Writing Sample
• Student Activities Resume
• Academic Transcripts and School Records

All four components must be fully submitted for admissions consideration.

Transcripts and School Records from the applicant's current school are required and must be sent directly from the school. Please feel free to pass along unofficial records that you might have so that we can complete an initial screening.

Applicants and at least 1 parent will meet with a member of the Nerinx Hall faculty for a 20-30 minute interview. Interviews are scheduled during the last two weeks of March. Registration will be available on the Applicant Parent Portal.

Admissions decisions will be communicated from the Admissions Office on April 17, 2025.
