Transfer Admissions Process

Shadow Days provide prospective students an invaluable opportunity to gain insight into our comprehensive academic programs, co-curricular activities, and rich traditions that shape our school and make us unique in a city with so many incredible options for an all-girls education. Whether your passions lie in STEM, arts, humanities, or athletics, our goal is to help you find your way to thrive and excel. You'll attend 3 classes paired with a current student in your grade, or if you know a current student, you're able to request them as your Hostess for the day.

Available Shadow Days are February 11, February 25, and March 4

Starting on February 15, parents can create an account on the Nerinx Hall Admissions Parent Portal. The portal provides a checklist of information needed to complete the admissions process. You'll be able to complete the application form, check the status of your daughter's application, and more. Please write down/save your sign-in information and password; you will access the Admissions Parent Portal throughout the admissions process.

The application has multiple components that must be completed on the Parent Portal:

• Parental Supplemental Form
• Student Writing Response
• Student Activities and Awards List
• Academic Transcripts - you will send a request for your daughter's transcripts in the Parent Portal.

All four components must be fully submitted by March 13, 2026 for admissions consideration in our first wave of Transfer Applications. We may open additional rounds later in the spring, depending on interest and space availability.

Applicants and at least 1 parent will meet with a member of the Nerinx Hall faculty for a 20-30 minute interview. Registration will be available on the Applicant Parent Portal.

Admissions decisions will be announced on April 3, 2026.
