A Letter From Our President John Gabriel
Read the full welcome message here
Greetings Class of 2027 families,
Congratulations once again on your daughter's admission into Nerinx Hall! Please accept my warmest welcome on behalf of the entire administration and faculty. We look forward to meeting with you during tomorrow's parent meeting and partnering with you during the next four years. At Nerinx, we remain steadfast in our mission to cultivate empowered women who pursue academic excellence within a diverse community, forge a path towards social justice, and grow in knowledge of themselves and their world.
Nerinx Hall’s tuition for 2023-2024 will be $18,300. The comprehensive student fee of $350 addresses standardized testing fees, parent club dues, course materials and supplies, and retreats. There are no additional course material fees. The annual technology fee of $650 includes laptop lease, software, and technology support.
Here at Nerinx, we utilize an online platform called FACTS for deposit and tuition collections. FACTS offers 12-month, 10-month, quarterly, semester, or annual payment plans. Enrollment in the program is mandatory for all Nerinx Hall families; there is no additional cost for enrollment in the program.
To enroll in Nerinx Hall (reserving your daughter’s place and indicating your intention to attend) for the 2023-2024 school year, please go to FACTSmgt.com and open your parent account no later than Wednesday, February 15, 2023. The website will guide you through the simple online enrollment process and ask you to choose your billing plan. Please note, you will not see an invoice until 1-3 business days after you open the account. At that point, you will be billed for the $475 deposit and registration fee. That payment is due March 1, 2023. The deposit includes a $75 registration fee and $400 in prepaid tuition. The prepaid tuition will be deducted from your first tuition bill. No portion of the deposit will be refunded after March 1.
Need-based financial aid packages will be emailed on February 17 to the email address used in the Facts financial aid application. Students who qualified for Merit Scholarships and/or Diversity Awards were notified at the time of admission. If you are a family with more than one student attending Nerinx Hall during the 2023-2024 school year, you are automatically eligible for our family discount of 10% ($1,830). The family discount is applied to the tuition for each student (beyond your first) enrolled concurrently.
For technical support, please call FACTS at (866) 441-4637. Please note that Nerinx Hall will not process course registration until the deposit is paid. You must make the deposit electronically via FACTS; please do not send a check to Nerinx Hall.
Should you have any financial questions, please don't hesitate to contact our Director of Finance, Margie Harper at mharper@nerinxhs.org.
Congratulations on this exciting next step in your family's educational journey. I look forward to meeting you all and the many opportunities that await you and your daughter.Sincerely,
John Gabriel
President
