Equity and Inclusion at Nerinx

Creating a Culture of Equity and Inclusion

At Nerinx, our work is rooted in our mission to cultivate empowered women who pursue academic excellence within a diverse community. Our world is ever-changing and diversifying. The population of Nerinx increasingly reflects that diversity.

"Diversity enriches and trust empowers" is at the heart of the Nerinx philosophy. Nerinx is actively working to bring a range of cultures and experiences to the halls through additions of elective classes such as Black History, to fun events like a merengue workshop for Hispanic Heritage Month. We value differences and respectful expression of our individual opinions. We are putting in the hard work to practice the best way to have difficult conversations, and use our Cultural and Conversational norms as a guide.
